The venue rent includes:

  • Modern Indoor Lounge with A/C and attached bathroom
  • Industrial size non A/C indoor catering space/conference/training space (3000+ sq.ft.)
  • 10+ male/female separate washrooms with modern amenities
  • Fully gated venue with on-site security and CC camera coverage
  • No fireworks/ atoshbaji is allowed for any event inside the venue premises. We have a zero tolerance policy for fireworks/atoshbaji
  • Reasonable sound for wedding related music/dance performance is allowed between 10am-8pm
  • No loud music/sound allowed after 9pm (only ambience sound) to respect the community
  • No sound/music is allowed during prayer/namaz times. Sound system connection will be off during prayer times
We work very hard to help you have a peaceful and happy event without any issues. We do not allow any sort of illegal activities inside our venue premises.
No. Catering is offered and priced separately. We have combo packages to add catering with venue facilities.

Yes. We are providing full flexibility so you can bring any event planner/decorator of your choice at no additional cost as long as they comply with our venue guidelines.
Clients are required to put down a 30% non-refundable deposit to confirm a booking. The balance will be due 4 weeks prior to the event date.
We understand that this may happen for various reasons. We provide you the flexibility to change the event date without any change fee (based on availability).
While our venue can accommodate up to 700-800 guests to ensure traffic-free, hassle-free, safe event for every client.

We also welcome smaller bookings under 100 people. You can size up or size down your event based on your number of guests.
We host birthdays, proposals, aqiqahs, picnics, anniversaries, bridal showers, baby showers, holuds, mehendis, sangeets, akhdths, weddings, receptions as well as corporate retreats, trainings, picnics, meet and greets, etc. The possibilities with an open and customizable space are endless.

Yes. We are on Google Maps, which makes our venue accessible through any ride sharing app. Our venue is located right on the 300 feet road. So it is easy accessible by our guests.
Absolutely. We cater to international clients and so virtual tours are always available upon request.

Our booking process can also be done 100% online from anywhere in the world.
Your decorators/event planners will all have access to the venue after 1 am of the event date. If you require additional setup time, you suggest you to book an additional day for decoration. We offer huge discount and priority benefits when you book 2 back to back dates. Please email/call for specific details.
You can start your event as early as 11 am in the morning. However, you will have end the event by 10:30pm. We have back to back events and cannot allow late end time unless you book an additional night.

Not all events are allowed to host at night.
We are conveniently located next to a mosque. Walking to Jummah prayers in the middle of an event has never been easier!
